SYNTAX : assess 'player' 'score difference'

DESCRIPTION :
• Assess shows you the rating changes that will occur , in each rating category , if you win , tie or lose against another player.
For example, 'assess carol 122' gives:

 TWL           +23      +6       -13 

 SOWPODS       +20      +5       -11  

 LOC           +1949    +1549    +1149

 ODS           +0       +0       +0 

 MULTI         +24      +7       -10

If you win a TWL game against Carol with a score difference of 122 points your rating will increase by 23 points , if you tie the game you will have 6 points , if you lose the game you lose 13 rating points.

INTERFACE :
• Click on the player's name and select [assess] from the menu. You will get an estimation for a score difference of 50 points.
