Troubleshooting

1) The Internet Scrabble Club is down or there is a problem with the internet route.

If you get this message when you try to connect most probably the problem is your firewall or proxy.
The Internet Scrabbble Club is rarely down. You can always check how many players are connected by accessing the main page.
If the server is not down disable your firewall or proxy and try to connect again. We can not assist you in configuring your firewall or proxy.

2) The program doesn't start when you try to run it.

Microsoft Java Virtual Machine is no longer distributed with Windows.
If the program doesn't start when you try to run it you will need to install Microsoft Java Virtual Machine.
If you get an error message "Unable to start application. Invalid class resource. Unexpected failure" remove Java Virtual Machine first.

Remove Microsoft Java Virtual Machine
1. Select Start > Run
2. Enter RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection java.inf,UnInstall in the Open box, and click OK Click Yes to confirm that you want to remove the Microsoft VM.
3. When prompted, reboot the computer.

Install Microsoft Java Virtual Machine
1. Click the following link to download Microsoft VM
2. Execute msjavx86.exe file on your computer.
3. Install VM following the installation and reboot.

Update Microsoft Java Virtual Machine
Update your VM on Windows Update because this is not a latest program. Select such a program as "Microsoft virtual machine (Microsoft VM)".
