PING

SYNTAX : ping ['handle']

DESCRIPTION :
• This command displays statistics about the network latency or 'lag' on the connection between the ISC server and someone's computer (yours, if no player is specified) .
• It shows the average and the last measurement for lag in milliseconds. The samples are taken at every 2 minutes.
