WHISPER

SYNTAX : whisper 'msg'

USE : "whisper hi!" -- sends the 'hi!' message to all observers.

DESCRIPTION :
• Sends the text to all the people observing the same game as you , but NOT the players of that game. Upon completion , whisper will print the number of people who received your message.
