• To see a specific command help file , click on the command's name and select help from the menu or type help followed by the name of the command. For example, tell .

• When typing a command it is good practice to prefix the command with an equal sign (=) so the system knows you are typing a command rather than a tell.

• All commands can be abbreviated. Instead of typing 'tell carol' you can type 't Carol'. Commands are not case sensitive.

• A command help file can have five sections:
- SYNTAX : Shows the command syntax.
- USE : Shows a few examples with a short explanation.
- DESCRIPTION : Explains the command and its parameters.
- INTERFACE : Explains how to use this command using the interface.
- SEE ALSO : Gives a list of related commnands or topics.
