• If are not satisfied with the service you are receiving , you may request a full refund within 60 days.

• To receive a refund , send a message from "https://isc.ro/en/help/contact.html". Please include the following information: your real name and the email you used to pay. We will refund your PayPal account.

• If you are requesting a refund , please do not register for a new account. Requesting a refund means that you are leaving the ISC and will not use the ISC in the future.
